Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
Last updated: 14 August 2026
This policy applies to orders placed through rrmoto.co.uk.
Shipping charges and availability
Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout and depend on the destination, parcel size, weight and value.
Some large, heavy, fragile or restricted parts cannot be sent using every service or to every destination. If we cannot ship an order to the address provided, we may decline the order before dispatch and refund any payment taken.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are processed on working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Delivery and dispatch times shown at checkout or in an order confirmation are estimates unless we expressly confirm that a service is guaranteed.
We choose an appropriate carrier based on the parcel and destination. Large orders may be sent in more than one parcel at no additional delivery charge.
Tracking details will be provided where the selected service includes tracking. Tracking may not update until the carrier scans the parcel.
Delivery address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode and contact details.
Contact roadracemotorcycles@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
We are not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. Reasonable redelivery or return charges may be charged or deducted where legally permitted.
Delays
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and delays may occur because of weather, disruption, customs checks, industrial action or other events outside our reasonable control.
If a delay materially affects your order, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory right to cancel where delivery is unreasonably late or an agreed essential delivery date is missed.
Missing parcels
If an order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period, check the tracking information and contact us at roadracemotorcycles@gmail.com.
Please also check with other members of the household, neighbours and any safe place identified in the tracking. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate remedy where the parcel is confirmed lost or incorrectly delivered.
Damaged parcels
Inspect the parcel as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If the parcel or part has been damaged in transit, contact us promptly, ideally within 48 hours, and provide photographs of:
-
the damaged part
-
the outside of the parcel
-
the packaging used inside the parcel
-
the shipping label
Keep all packaging until we confirm whether it is required for the carrier claim or return. Reporting damage after 48 hours does not remove your statutory rights.
Refused and uncollected deliveries
Refusing a parcel or failing to collect it does not automatically cancel the order.
If a parcel is returned because it was refused, uncollected, incorrectly addressed by the customer or because required import charges were not paid, reasonable carrier return charges and other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted.
If you still require the order, further delivery charges may apply before it is sent again.
International delivery
International delivery times are estimates and do not include delays caused by customs clearance.
Unless expressly stated at checkout, international orders are sent with import VAT, customs duty and carrier handling charges payable by the recipient. These charges are set by the destination country or carrier and are not controlled or collected by us.
You are responsible for checking local import restrictions and paying any charges required for delivery. Charges paid directly to customs authorities or carriers cannot be refunded by us. You may be able to reclaim them from the relevant authority if goods are returned.
If an international parcel is returned because import charges were not paid, reasonable return charges and non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.
Responsibility for the goods
For consumer orders, the goods remain at our risk until they are delivered into your physical possession or to a person identified by you to receive them.
If you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer, responsibility for the goods passes when they are handed to that carrier.
Cancellations and returns
If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation and return postage are dealt with under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
